2Work is a verified freelance marketplace operated by 2Work. We connect project hosts with skilled freelance professionals through structured, milestone-based projects with accountable delivery and audited, payment-provider-controlled settlement.

How it works

Hosts and freelancers complete identity verification before transacting. Hosts post scoped projects; freelancers propose; accepted proposals become milestone contracts. Funds are held against each milestone and released on acceptance, with an immutable record of every step.

Why verified

Both sides are verified, ratings come only from completed paid work, and sensitive details are encrypted — so trust is built into the workflow.
