Public information

Published projects show company name, scope, skills, budget and project controls needed to assess the opportunity. Sealed projects do not reveal proposal totals.

A freelance worker is publicly listed only after verification approval and explicit profile opt-in. Listings include professional profile details and paid-outcome ratings only.

Restricted information

Account emails, email activation and password recovery links, verification submissions, private conversations, dispute evidence, deliverables, settlement records and payout state are restricted to authorised parties or compliance administrators.

Identity reference fragments are converted into a protected match fingerprint for review controls and are not displayed publicly.

Secure handling

Sessions use secure cookies. Activation and password recovery links are single-use and stored only as hashes. Verification legal and registration details are encrypted at rest. Sensitive actions require access checks, same-site request controls and audit recording.

Public visit figures are aggregate counts; daily visitor de-duplication uses a protected rotating fingerprint and is not displayed publicly.

Do not place passwords, full identification documents, bank details or secrets in project text, messages, evidence or linked deliverables.

Payments and verification

Settlement is provider-controlled and remains sandbox-only until live payment-provider onboarding. Financial ledger and audit records are immutable operational records.

Verification requires administrative review; external identity-provider validation is not yet enabled.
